Hopefully somebody may be able to help me on here. I have just purchased a Prima LT from the states. I set it up, dialled up a client as a test on Speed Dial 1 CDQ2000, and it kept saying LINE DOWN...

has anyone else experienced any problem like this?

the ISDN line is fine as I use a prima 120 for sessions down it every single day..oh and I'm based in UK.

Help!!

If you bought the LT in the states then the TA is probably made for interfacing to the 2 wire "U" interface rather than the 4-wire "S" interface used in europe.

While you are not supposed to do this, you could disconnect the BT NT1 (NTBA) and connect the LT difectly to the line and it should work.

Check the part number on the TA and check with Musicam. Perhaps you can exchange this TA for the correct version.
