prima 220 (Read 10482 times)

Just bought a prima 220 from a guy I know in the USA.

It boots beautifully, and is configured OK - but won't connect here in the UK. Just reads "ISDN down" - whereas my prima 120 (which I've had for about 5 years) works fine.

Am I right in assuming there needs a new ROM for the TA to run in the UK or should I be looking elsewhere to correct the fault?

Hello Richard,

Which TA do you have installed in the machine?

It is very likely that you have an US terminal adaptor installed and if that is the case then you will need to swap it over for a EU/UK TA to make your Prima work here in the UK.

Hi - it's a TA301.

I'd appreciate advice on where i can get the EU/UK TA.

We're also interested in some windows control software for our two machines
