Can anyone in Europe help?
I've got an old APT-X DRT128 here in Vienna which I'd like to test. APTX don't provide any testlines. Would anyone have 5 mins for me to call them on their ISDN to see if I can get this old system working.

The system seems to ask for SPID numbers - but Telecom Austria say we don't have them in Europe. Can I just ignore this in the menu setup?

Any help or ideas would be appreciated

Hello Crilley,

Send me an email at cmccrisken@aptcodecs.com and I can certainly arrange to perform a test connection with you when I have the chance.

SPIDs are for the USA ISDN network and do not apply to the rest of the world so you don't need to enter anything for those settings.

You can also test your unit by dialing back in to itself and seeing if it connects.
